Available for Getzen, Selmer, Scherzer and select instruments in A & Bb.

This leadpipe is more free blowing and open than the P1C.  Intonation and response are excellent. The sound is slightly darker than the P1C.

Available with trumpet shank receivers only. 

The Pickett #PS1 backbore is recommended for use with our Blackburn Bb piccolo leadpipes.

Cleaning & Care

To keep your Blackburn leadpipe or tuning slide in top working order:

  • Wash with warm water and soap, both inside and out.
  • Dry gently with paper towel
  • Do not use abrasive materials like toothpaste
  • Use an instrument cleaning snake to remove debris through out the leadpipe

Apply tuning slide grease to piccolo leadpipes before inserting back into your instrument.
