The Pickett Brass piccolo short shank trumpet backbore, PS1, was created for piccolo trumpets that have a trumpet receiver.  

The shorter flare distance designs couples better with trumpet receiver piccolo leadpipes, producing better intonation and overall response.  

Recommended for all Blackburn Bb piccolo leadpipes.

To keep your silver or gold plated mouthpiece looking brand new:

  • Wash with warm water and soap, both inside and out.
  • Wipe gently with paper towel
  • Do not use abrasive materials like toothpaste
