Pickett Brass Flugelhorn Mouthpiece — Small Shank

Experience the rich, expressive character of the flugelhorn with a Pickett Brass one-piece mouthpiece. Each model features our familiar Pickett Brass rim profile, giving players a comfortable, consistent feel while offering a choice of cup depths to suit their preferred response and sound.

Cup and throat options:

  • FL – Standard: #22 throat (0.157")
  • FLM – Medium Deep: 0.174" throat
  • FLD – Deep: 0.176" throat

Choose your rim size, cup style, and finish to build a mouthpiece that suits your playing preferences. Available finishes include polished silver, polished gold, and a gold-plated rim with a polished silver body.

Small Shank (Bach/Small Morse Taper)

Designed for flugelhorns using the small Morse taper receiver, including many Bach, Courtois, LeBlanc, Scodwell, and selected Kanstul instruments. Shank fit varies by instrument and production year, so confirm the receiver taper before selecting your mouthpiece.

  • Wipe gently with paper towel
  • Do not use abrasive materials like toothpaste
