Rim Sizes:

  • 1 – The largest rim size offered. Designed for professional players accustomed to larger equipment.
  • 1.25 – A large rim providing support in all registers.
  • 1.5 – A well-rounded and balanced option, suitable for a wide variety of playing styles.
  • 1.6 – Similar in feel to the 1.5, with a slightly smaller rim diameter.
  • 1.75 – Produces a dense, compact tone while maintaining excellent balance and response.
  • 2 – The smallest bass trombone rim offered. A great choice for those seeking a compact sound or transitioning from tenor trombone.

Cup Options:

  • D – Our deepest stock cup. Offers a free-blowing experience with a warm, rich tone in the low register—without sacrificing upper register performance.
  • M – A medium-depth cup offering a balanced blend of tone, flexibility, and efficiency across genres.
  • S – A shallower cup that adds brilliance and efficiency, particularly in the middle and upper registers.

Rim Profile Options:

  • C – Our classic rim profile, featuring a pronounced bite and relatively flat shape for crisp articulations and immediate response.
  • R – A rounded profile with a softer bite. Offers a slightly wider feel and more relief into the cup, enhancing flexibility across all registers.
