We have customers all over the world - it's quite amazing how easy it is for all of us to connect.
In the past, one of our challenges has been getting Pickett Brass mouthpieces and Blackburn Trumpets shipped to customers all over the world. Shipping small items thousands of miles can be quite an undertaking. Customers were hassled with additional phone calls from customs, additional fees, brokerage fees, taxes, duties, tariffs - it was messy.
We've now switched to DHL for our international shipping. Our international customers will notice that we now calculate and collect all taxes and duties at checkout.
As a result, international customers do not have to do anything else nor pay any additional fees for their mouthpieces and instruments to arrive at their doorstep. The ease and hassle-free nature of this new system make everybody's life so much better.
