How long does it take to get my mouthpiece order?

We all want to know when we're going to get our new Pickett trumpet, trombone, french horn, flugelhorn, or tuba mouthpiece or Blackburn instrument, so we understand!
For mouthpieces that are in stock, we can usually ship the same or next day.
- This means we have your item in stock and will aim to ship it the same day or the next day.
- We typically stock most non-custom items in silver, with lead-times of only a day or two.
When an item is not in stock
- This means we need to manufacture your item and your shipping time will need to be planned and scheduled
- Usually our made to order mouthpieces ship with leadtimes of 4-6 weeks.
- Most acrylic options as well as any gold plated items will need to be made.
Custom replication or custom mouthpieces would be made when ordered and may up to 8 weeks to design and manufacture.
