How long do I have to return a product? What's your return policy?

If you receive an incorrect item or have a defect in your product. i.e. poor fit or finish, please contact us immediately so we can correct your order. Requests for corrected merchandise must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.
All mouthpieces, backbores, leadpipes, and tuning slides are subject to a 10% per piece restocking fee.
The following products are not returnable:
- Outlet items
- Made-to-order mouthpieces
- Acrylic tops
- Stainless steel tops
- Silver-plated leadpipes
- Any gold plated products
- Valve oil and slide grease
Store credit refunds may be issued via Paypal if requested.
