Producing a rich warm sound, the Blackburn short C offers an open feel, projection, and superb intonation. This is the original historic Blackburn C Trumpet design from the early 80’s which Cliff Blackburn himself performed on with the Louisville Orchestra. The 0.020” ambronze bell adds a slight amount of shimmer to the naturally rich sound, which is perfectly balanced with the 19-350X leadpipe design.
